What does the New Testament say about wellbeing?

In no particular order, here are some verses which have been suggested for you to consider. But don’t just take a verse on its own – that may not be helpful and may mean little!

  • Read around the verse(s) – find the bible passage that they come from and read as part of that.
  • Find some bible commentaries about the verses – what do they suggest?
  • Pray about the verse(s). If they puzzle you, ask for understanding to grow.
