Unfortunately, the move to tier 4 means that worship in the church will continue to be suspended until further notice; Elders will regularly review the situation. When worship resumes it is likely that there will still be the need to follow strict requirements to maintain Covid safety:
For those who would like to access worship while at home, an archive of Revd Bill Young’s podcast bible readings, prayers and reflections can be found here: https://revdbill.uk/worship-material
Rev’d Debbie Brown will continue to host weekly dial-in worship each Sunday at 4pm. You can join on any type of phone by calling 0330 606 0403. You will be asked for an access code, which is 442786#. To improve the sound quality for all, where possible, please mute your phone except during times of greeting and other shared sections.
When we are not constrained by C19 restrictions, morning worship at Holyhead Road URC is at 10.30am every Sunday – although times may vary at Easter and Christmas with additional acts of worship offered. Worship on the first Sunday of the month usually has an all-age focus; worship on the fourth Sunday in the month usually includes Holy Communion.
An informal evening service with Holy Communion takes place on the third Sunday each month at 6.30pm, and is often based on words and music from the Iona Community.
The Coventry Korean Church meets to worship in our building; however, as a result of the C19 pandemic they will not yet be restarting their services.
More information about services is in the diary section of the website.
